An independent boutique for M&A, fundraising and financial management, serving founders and business owners from startups to family businesses. Experience on every side of the table: investor, advisor and CFO.
Selling a company, raising capital or restructuring its finances are decisions made only a few times in a lifetime. GFF brings the clarity of someone who has walked that path many times.
We work side by side with the people running the company: dedicated and involved in decisions, without giving up equity or control.
Three practice areas, run as one.
Sales, acquisitions and fundraising, from preparation to closing.
The financial foundation that supports growth and gets the company ready for a transaction.
Support on the decisions that change a company’s direction, alongside those who run it and its investors.
This list isn’t exhaustive. The scope of each mandate is defined by what the company needs to solve.
Some finance functions are best handled by dedicated specialists: accounting, tax compliance, payables and receivables, day-to-day treasury and payroll.
In those cases, we work alongside whoever already handles them, or help find the right professional.
Clear recommendations, no reports nobody reads. We say what we think, even when it isn’t what you want to hear.
A few decisions drive most of the outcome. That’s where we focus the time and energy of every mandate.
It starts with trust. Every decision is handled with the discretion and care of someone who also has something at stake.
No one knows the business like the people who built it. We bring what can only be learned inside many transactions. The best decisions come from combining the two.
Over 12 years across investment banking, M&A advisory, venture capital, a unicorn startup and the CFO seat at a pharmaceutical company, with an active board role. Educated in the United States, career built in Brazil, now based in Valencia.

Every mandate has its own scope, commitment and complexity. The format is agreed with the people running the company before work begins.
The base is a monthly retainer, which secures commitment on both sides. A success fee tied to transactions or results is possible, as are fixed-scope projects. Combinations are common.
